Q#1. Do you accept Deliveries?

A#1. Deliveries are accepted during business hours only.

Q#2. Are you open 24 hours?

A#2. Regular Property Access 7 DAYS A WEEK 7:00 AM til 9:00 PM / Office Hours Monday Thru Saturday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Closed Sundays / Holidays Office and Gate Closed.
24 hour access available for a $25.00 per month fee for tenants that request night access.

Q#3. Do you have a wide drive up?

A#3. Yes.

Q#4. Can I park a container / for example PODS?

A#4. No.- If you can't drive it you can't park it.

Q#5. What does is cost to move in?

A#5. To move in the cost is one months rent, plus tax, and the $15.00 aplication fee.

Q#6. What information needs to be provided to move in?

A#6. Items to be provided while leasing a storage space-drivers license, and if for outdoor parking storage a drivers license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance.

Q#7. Do you have any discounts?

A#7.Yes the 3rd month free on selected units only, call office for more information.
